Our goal is to provide quality horse care for our customers, and offer the best equine education and pleasure activities in a safe, friendly setting.

If you are a first time visitor, feel free to stop by the Misty River Equestrian Center. We will be happy to show you our facility. If you are already a client, we thank you for your business!

Stable and Pasture Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m

Stable and Pasture Pricing Plans:

Full Care Stall - $385/month (Late fee: $25)
North or South barn at the main facility.
Grain and hay twice a day. Turn-out week days (Weather permitting).
Stalls cleaned 1 time per day (with Sunday and Holiday exception).



Partial Self Care Stall - $275.00 a month
(Late fee: $20)
North or South barn at the main facility.
Misty River provides hay, shavings and partial labor.



Private Turnout Lot - $275/month (Late fee: $20)
West and South pasture at the main facility
Includes hay. Grain fed once daily. No stall.



Pasture Care - $215/month (Late fee: $10)
North pasture at the main facility
Includes hay during winter months. Ice is broken when necessary to allow the horses to drink. Horses are checked from a distance. Owner maintenance is required.

Boarding Payments
Board payment is due on the 1st of every month. A late fee is applied if not received before the 5th of the month. Note: Please make checks payable to: Misty River.

Veterinary and Farrier Services: Veterinary and Farrier care is the sole responsibility of the owners of the horse. However, the proprietor will offer names, numbers and recommendations upon request.

Vaccinations & Worming Requirements
Proof of current vaccinations for the following is required:

  • Coggins Test
  • Strangles
  • Rhinopneumonitis
  • 3 in 1 (Tetanus, Influenza, Sleeping Sickness)
  • West Niles
Rabies vaccination is highly recommended but not mandatory. Vaccines must be administered on an annual basis. Semi-annual is highly recommended. Horses must be wormed 4 times per year on and between the designated dates of May 1st and November 1st. No Exceptions!
